KCTCS John T. Smith Scholarship

1. Recipient must be a Kentucky resident and with all other criteria being equal, preference for an African-American student.
2. Recipient must demonstrate potential for success in postsecondary education.
3. The nonrecurring scholarship may be awarded to a Kentucky resident student enrolled for at least 6 credit hours for fall and spring terms.
4. The scholarship may be renewed with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
