*KCTCS Kentucky Colonels Better Life Scholarship. Funded by the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels for tuition. Unmet financial need, GPA 2.0 , KY resident, Enrolled 6 KCTCS credit hours in a two-year program. Must be a single parent with one or more children under age 12 at the time of application. Preference given to working parents and first-generation college students. Award must be approved by KCTCS each semester. Requires thank you note. Amount is pro-rated based on enrolled hours and funding availability. Awards may be capped by maximum dollar amount and/or number of award terms.
