The scholarship(s) shall be awarded to students who:

  • Residents of Harlan County,
  • Enrolled as full-time student(s) at SKCTC,
  • Remain enrolled as full-time student(s) at SKCTC,
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 each semester.

PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO STUDENTS FROM THE CLOVERFORK COMMUNITY (Evarts, KY area)
