Must be enrolled in any OCTC technical certificate, diploma, or associate degree program; Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; May be enrolled full- or part-time with no credit hour minimum; Reimbursement for tools required to successfully participate in and complete the approved technical program of study; Preference given to Utica and Livermore residents.
